You can book in for full face makeup application, just the eyes or lash application. 

Full Face Makeup and Eye Makeup Application services are also redeemable which means you can pay to have your service done and walk away with some of your favourite The Makeup Studio products to take home. 

The Makeup Studio specialises in Bridal Makeup with over 25 years of experience in making brides stand out on their special day. Our passion is to create a look that is going to bring out the wow factor in you and to ensure that the bridal party is not only perfect for the day but also to create a flawless look for the camera lens.  Our goal is to make your special day relaxed knowing that you are in good hands and will look your best. 

FAQ

- Do you travel to the house? 

We are able to come out to you for a minimum of 5 full faces. You could also get your makeup done in studio - you are welcome to bring your own hairdresser to the studio. 

- Do I need a trial?

We recommend that all of our brides get a trial so that we can design a look that is not only perfect for the day but suits her and the wedding theme. 

- Will I require any touch ups?

No your makeup is set to last all day and not go anywhere until you take it off!

2 HOUR MAKE-UP COURSE

Learn basic tips and tricks with this introduction to make-up course. Perfect for beginners or someone looking to freshen up their look.

Duration: The course runs over 1 two-hour session. 

Course Consists of: This course teaches students how to achieve a natural day look and a smoky eye evening look. 

Cost: Cost of the course is $150.

4 WEEK MAKE-UP COURSE 

Learn to play with colour and expand your make-up knowledge with this course. Perfect for make-up lovers!

Duration: The course runs over 4 weeks with each lesson being a duration of 2 hours. 

Course Consists of: This course will teach a natural day look, a smoky eye evening look, a classic sixties look and a catwalk look. 

Cost: Cost of the course is $ 600 and includes $100 worth of products.

SPRAY TANNING COURSE

Learn to professionally spray tan clients for all events. Perfect for those wanting to get into the industry!

Duration: The course runs for 3 hours. 

Cost: Cost of the course is $ 180.

LASH TUTORIALS

Learn to apply false lashes with ease !

Course Consists of: This tutorial will teach students how to correctly apply false eyelashes for their eye shape. 

Cost: Cost of the tutorial is $ 50 and includes 2 pairs of lashes.

INDUSTRY REFRESHER COURSE

Great for those who are looking to sharpen their skills and get back into the industry! 

Duration: Determined by student’s ability. 

Course Consists of: Students will be taught all of the industry tips and tricks to enhance their makeup application skills. 

Cost: Cost of the course is $1000 . 

CERTIFICATE COURSE

Industry Course

Great starting point for the up-and-coming make-up artist. This course specializes in Bridal and Special Occasion Make-up. This ‘hands on’ practical course is perfect for Beauty therapists, hairdressers, photographers and the artistically inclined.

COURSE STRUCTURE:

Each lesson is of a practical nature, starting with a demonstration by our trainer. All make-up required for each lesson is provided by the Studio. The course will run for a duration of 30 HOURS. Students will work on each other, and will be required to provide their own models throughout the course. Upon completion students will attain a graduation certificate.

COURSE FEES:

The cost of the course is $2200 and includes $500 worth of retail products. Student concession card for additional products purchased. A non-refundable deposit of $200 is required to secure your placement. A payment plan is available to pay off the balance. Students must be 15 years and over.
